In the first quarter of 2016, both the sales volume and average sales price for single-family homes were up in Q1 2016 compared to Q1 2015 in most Wine Country markets.

  • The average sales price for single-family homes in the City of Napa increased 24% in Q1 2016 over Q1 2015 from $700,000 to $870,000.
  • Following a slow Q1 2015, sales volume in Q1 2016 was up 26% in Sonoma Valley.
  • The St. Helena market experienced a 68% increase in sales volume, from $19.2M in Q1 2015 to $32.3M in Q1 2016.
