This April, Sotheby’s New York is presenting the third annual At Home: Designer Showhouse and Auction. Twelve interior design firms from the tri-state area and the west coast will converge at Sotheby’s to curate twelve different rooms of a house that offer fresh perspectives on the art of home décor.
Selecting works from an array of Sotheby’s departments, including 20th Century Design, English & Continental Furniture, Ceramics, Fine Arts, Prints, Silver, and Photographs, the designers will juxtapose the contemporary and the traditional to create diverse out-of-the-box spaces that embody the essence of modern-day luxury living.
Participating designers Bunny Williams, Sandra Nunnerley, Scott Sanders, Shelley Morris Interiors, Richard Rabel Interiors + Art, BHDM Design, Bradley Bayou Design, Fawn Galli Interiors, Jenny Wolf Interiors, Robert Passal Interior and Architectural Design, Patrick Mele, and CRD Associates will independently create rooms within a 6300 square foot architectural design by Trey LaFave Architecture and Interiors.
The Showhouse will be open to the public April 9-16, along with Sotheby’s Decorative Arts Week exhibitions, culminating in a dedicated auction on April 17 2016.
At Home: Sotheby’s Designer Showhouse and Auction is graciously supported by Sotheby’s International Realty and is presented in association with Architectural Digest. For more information on At Home: Sotheby’s Designer Showhouse & Auction please visit: www.sothebys.com/athome.
