Now entering it’s fourth year, the Relais & Châteaux GourmetFest continues to feature the incomparable talent of Relais & Châteaux chefs from around the world, prestigious wineries and the finest luxury brands – all in the unparalleled beauty and splendor of Carmel-by-the-Sea. Visitors can take part in over 18 events including a strolling welcome party, wine tastings, rarities events, cooking demos, lunches and dinners, off-site tours and lunches, VIP parties and a closing Taste of the World event. Each event offers a unique experience, tantalizing all the senses and creating lasting memories.
Opening night March 16 kicks off with a Welcome Party, and is a must attend for those looking to get a taste of the proceedings. The strolling dinner highlights world class Relais & Châteaux Chefs including Daniel Boulud, Nathan Rich from Twins Farms, Shinichiro Takagi of Zeniya, Justin Cogley and Yulanda Santos of Aubergine, Derek Poirier with Valhrona, Chris Kajioka of Hotel Wailea, Royal Blues Hotel and Per Hallundbæk of Falsed Kro at stations paired with prestigious wine estates.
Following that, each day offers unique and fascinating flavors, catering to the traditional to the adventurous palate. Rarities dinners, black truffle and black river caviar dinners, cooking demos, winery lunches are more are waiting for you to enjoy.
