Although the Hamptons might be most well-known for its luxury real estate and summertime activities, fall is an exciting time of year for the area. From a quieter, more local feel to the changing of the leaves and the cool mornings on the waterfront, November is often an exceptional time to visit the Hamptons, and certainly a great time to be a permanent resident there. One of the most beloved events of all takes place every November, and that is the East Hampton Historical Society Cocktail Party and House Tour. This year’s iteration of the tradition will take place between Nov. 25 and 26, and will be sure to intrigue and delight all who participate. On Nov. 25, you can join like-minded folks from the neighborhood, and also those who travel for this special event, at the Maidstone Club in East Hampton Village – right on Old Beach Lane – at 8:30 pm local time for some wonderful cocktails, networking opportunities and general revelry. Tickets for this event are available through the East Hampton Historical Society’s website, and start at $200 per patron. Then, from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm on Saturday, Nov. 26, the society will host its house tour. You will be treated to an insider’s view of some of the most brilliant and beloved pieces of real estate in the world-renowned East Hampton area. Tour tickets are $65 when you purchase ahead of time, and $75 the day of the event. Special tickets are also available for the party and tour, including sponsorship opportunities. Enjoy this great annual take-in, and happy fall!
